read the article on Stanley Tookie Williams in the link . One criticism of the General Theory of Crime is that people actually do change over their lifetime. Mr. Williams was a cofounder of the Crips gang who was noted with changing his behavior while in prison. He was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. In two paragraphs please answer the following questions: Do you believe that a gang leader such as Mr. Williams can really change?
